When IT policy ruled out every off the shelf survey tool, Fluo built the insurer's internal communications agency a bespoke platform instead: upload questions and imagery, generate a campaign micro-website, run it in five languages. Several thousand employee sessions across multiple campaigns.

Built for one of the UK's largest insurers, through scarlettabbott, the Yorkshire based employee engagement agency behind its internal campaigns.
The insurer wanted to run internal campaigns that asked its people real questions and reported back on who took part. IT policy ruled out every off the shelf survey platform on the market. Its internal communications agency, scarlettabbott, had the campaign and the creative but no compliant way to put any of it in front of employees.
Fluo built a survey platform rather than a survey. scarlettabbott could upload their own questions and imagery and the platform generated a campaign micro-website from them: employees worked through it, received tailored feedback at the end based on their answers, and went into a competition, which is where email addresses were captured so the team had the completion and participation data they needed to report on.
Part of a multi-year partnership in which scarlettabbott designed and Fluo built, across several projects for the same end client. The platform ran in five languages, which is a reminder that the same senior technical judgement Fluo brings to a large system scales down neatly to a focused, single purpose build with real constraints attached to it.
“Really loved collaborating with Fluo and the team on our gamification projects - keen to work with the team again!” Tony Stewart, Head of Digital, scarlettabbott
Several thousand employee sessions across multiple campaigns, in five languages, over a period of six months to a year, with the platform reused two or three times with different question sets. At the time, response analysis was handled manually via spreadsheet. Today, Fluo could extend the same platform with AI-assisted analysis, turning participation data into faster, more usable insight.
